Maurice Singer, FCA TEP - Investment Property and Business Acquisitions & Disposals

Maurice qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1973 and is a founding director of Peregrine Corporate Services Limited. Initially from Merseyside, where he had his own accountancy practice, Maurice moved to the island in 1978. Maurice has a wealth of experience in the offshore sector with his particular fields of expertise being investment property and business acquisitions & disposals. Maurice is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners which reinforces his extensive knowledge in this area.

David Craine, FCA MCMI - Internet Gaming and PLC Directorships

David is also a Chartered Accountant, having qualified in 1981, and is the other remaining founding director of Peregrine. David is Manx born and bred having practised on the island for more than 25 years. David has extensive experience in the offshore sector with his particular fields of expertise being internet gaming and publicly quoted companies. David holds a number of offices with A.I.M quoted companies.

Basil Bielich, B.Acc (Hons) CA (SA) - Intellectual Property and High Tech Industries

Basil is South African by origin having grown up in Pretoria. After completing his training with Ernst & Young, Basil qualified as a South African Chartered Accountant in 1991. Basil moved to the island in 1998 and is particularly interested in offshore structures for the protection of intellectual property. Basil is also listed in the Guinness Book of Records having completed a global golf challenge in January 2005.

Craig Mitchell, ACCA - Trust and Estate Planning

Craig was elected to the board in the summer of 2004. A qualified Chartered Certified Accountant, Craig brings a broad range of experience from both the accountancy and financial services sectors having worked in private practice for over 15 years.

Stuart Foster, BA (Hons) ACCA - Company and Trust Management

Stuart was appointed to the board of Peregrine in October 2007 following three years service with the company. A graduate of the University of Leeds, Stuart has experience in a range of industries from Investment Banking to Public Utilities having worked in several locations throughout the UK prior to moving to the Isle of Man in 2003. Stuart is responsible for the administration department of the company and will be the primary contact for many clients.
