We supply a full corporate package to all our client companies. This can include the provision of Directors, Company Secretary and Registered Office facilities, as well day to day management and administration. We can also provide Nominee Shareholder services to clients who wish to maintain anonymity.

We primarily use Isle of Man companies for our clients, but we have considerable experience of companies based in UK, British Virgin Islands, Channel Islands and Nevis. We are not limited to these commonly used jurisdictions. Through our global connections we have incorporated entities in Croatia, the Czech Republic, Spain and North America to name but a few.

In partnership with legal advisors we are able to provide services to companies looking to list on the AIM exchange. Over a number of years we have made close contacts across all the fields of expertise required to achieve a successful AIM listing.
